just going through some numbers on this placement.
if we forget about this weeks share price and i think we have to say the placement was NOT done this week.
Takes a little longer then 3 days to organise $4m
the 7 day weighted average of QTK last week would have been around 28c to 30c
using 30c as an average
Pratts paid roughly a 20% premium to get their holdings.
