If you are gonna buy don't pay more than one cent and then make sure that the loser willing to pay 1.3c+ isn't you.
Looks like heaps of stock has been accumulated at around 1c+ ready to be dumped on any unsuspecting buyer if this thing spikes.
Other than that the accumulation is the only sign that anyone has an interest in QTL as the chart is still in downtrend even at this level.
