Barrios posted a while ago he thought the sell down was due to a placement being offered to "sophisticated investors" - IE the same people who have been propping up the company all along financially.

My guess is he was correct.

If that's what it takes to get us over the line then so be it, but let's just hope it is the LAST time, as in never again.

Dilution is a bummer to those who have put in lots of $$ over the years.
