Exactly, they probably did ressample it before the qly so they knew what it was, still and all the sampling is only a few samples and really is only a nominal value average as they cant sample every ton.
A bit like doing an opinion pole in Martin Place Sydney after lunch on a friday arvo and saying that is representative of the Australian population.
