The Free Float of QTM was at around 21% Post the 50million shares crossed in the Market Thursday it would be closer to 26%. The 3Y notice is due shortly and it will reveal who the seller was. The change of ownership notice lodged by CRISP a month earlier would be the most likely source of Selling. Improving Free float is a positive move towards Quantum's improving Optics. Crisp was a structure holding shares for Mr Townsend Chairman and the X MD CEO Mr Sidney.
