    I know what escrow means, I know they can't be traded, but they are still part of the company's equity are they not? what is the market cap of QTM gominer? Assuming QTM signs a deal with AVJ or VWD for $20m profit what is the PE ratio of this company? Can they pull off such a deal year after year?
