What it basically says we aren't doing anything but sitting back watching and waiting, one we have a little finger in the pie and one we are just sitting on the fence hoping our neighbour is going to come out and work so we can get some ideas. Imo the security issues and the lower oil price could slow things up in Kenya significantly, when oil was a 100+ and the rewards were much greater security seems to take on a lot less meaning in that region of the world.
