For all the chat about SP appreciation, based on the below 'Last 12 Months/Monthly' chart, it clearly indicates the BCI SP has gone pretty much nowhere.
An in this period we have seen -
* Debt finance confirmed,
* Initial non-binding sales agreements,
* Good construction progress, &
* Promising progress on Enviro approvals.
None of these have resulted in SP appreciation of any significance.
So what's going to be the catalyst for the SP.....????
