Hi all. Arrived home late yesterday and will now be battling jetlag for the next few days. Tried to set an alarm to force myself back to 'normal time', but can see that's not going to be an easy task.....

Here is the LinkedIn Post from BCI in full that Cass was referencing re the Paydirt article. I've also pulled the article down for all to view.

Nice to note nothing 'controversial' in this particular Paydirt article this time........ However I thought the note 'confirming' that Canadian companies will be conditionally involved in "construction and future operation of Mardie" was interesting.

Also, of interest to me, was Boshoff's commitment to SOP........., particularly this -
".....we're actually able to control the process chemically a lot better. Our process flowsheet (for SOP) is very different to those other organisation that have not been successful, in that we are replicating successful operation in the US and in China, in terms of the technical design of their plants."

Sounds promising but those failed SOP plays also made not dissimilar claims before they went under....... The fact that SOP funding is now on it's own will surely mean a 'risk premium' will be charged by potential lenders for this component of the Mardie funding package, and that it may well be harder to access.
