The Board of Directors of Grand Gulf Energy Limited is responsible for the corporate governance of the consolidated entity and is committed to applying ASX Corporate Governance Council’s ‘Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations’.

NOTE : The Board guides and monitors the business and affairs of Grand Gulf Energy Limited on behalf of the shareholders by whom they are elected and to whom they are accountable. NOTE : accountable.

NOTE : It is a requirement of the Board that the Company maintains at all times the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Does Guiding and Monitoring include responding to enquiries and keeping Shareholders advised of changing circumstances
and conditions affecting the true value of the Company ?

If so , what then?

communicate and if so how do we get that message across?
