Can you explain what you said about Admin needing to be called in due to the lack of a "There is no Deed of Arrangement with other suppliers".

How does this work please? - What is a deed of arrangement and at what point should it have become an arrangement?

My analogy at this triple bottom:
I see this as a house fire at the moment...By that i mean 'get what you can while you can (exit the building with what you have in your arms) and don't leave it too late or your belongings will either be burned (price drop) or the fire will make it too hot to recover them (gushing sellers).
