Tomorro they go before Utah oil and gas commission to seek their aquifer exemption to turn ASD wells into water disposal. Will be interesting to here the outcome.

Also interesting to know is that the last report stated that the pumping down of water was only the first of a 4 stage remediation process for OMAN. So take that to mean that pumping water levels down alone does not = flow rates.

I suspect the also need to clean out the well and re-frac who knows maybe the third could be treating hydrates ;o)

I would like to know more details about the 4 stage process if anyone has any info.
