No announcements for 6 weeks, then 4 announcements in 4 days, which was reiterated in the Qtrly.

Sounded to me like they were trying to boost the sp for a needed cap raising. But the sp didn't change and no announcement of a cap raising. Using the notes would be their last choice, even at the current sp they should be able to raise money at a better conversion rate than the notes. I'd guess they are waiting for something more concrete with the flows or JVs & will do a raising after that.

In any case it will have to be soon.
