What do you think happens when the users continue to fall well behind peers, it impacts TTV, revenue, loss and most importantly, the investment attraction (volume, liquidity, fund and insto interest etc).
also the revenue to ttv is only 7% versus 10% average if peers (Klarna apt and affirm)
people are also using zip less frequently than Klarna. Afterpay and affirm.
you may be one of a few, but the more acute investors will be watching and tracking these red flags (US metrics)
