Looks like Quadrant already pocketed $500 million in Alcoa prepayments as part of a larger a 12 year agreement made in 2015 starting delivery in 2020...recognised as a non current liability so you can effectively add that $500 mill to the purchase price as STO will have to deliver that gas (p25) and not receive any operating cash .
