    QTL are in the service business, not production. The cash on hand is higher than at the end of Q3 so they are not just burning through it. There seems to be a large inventory outlay but this would be necessary to service their new DSL and cable modem contracts.

    Clearly if they can keep up this growth they will be profitable next quarter.
