Credit where it's due imo. It could have been at a much lower sp. It didn't need to be underwritten.

Was it a fantastic deal? No. Did it make use of MT US connection? NO. But it could have been much worse and much more dilutive. Timing was key. They waited long enough for the sp to consolidate post consolidation. They got Bruce buying in which sets a price and adds confidence. Then cr.

I would say just the way they went about it was better than previous cr and Bergen deal. So they deserve crdit for that.

Nothing is ever perfect. But we knew they needed money. This was better than I'd hoped for. Market seems happy?
