CF - agree with your comment regarding the seller - either sour grapes or need to sell but still doesn't explain why directors are not supporting the SP - they have been buying stock at much higher levels over recent months but now let it drift down further in the face of a big seller/s. If they have confidence in their own abilities and the in ground assets of the company why aren't they showing support or are they just waiting to accumulate at rock bottom.
Can't see there being any reason directors can't buy now as there is really nothing material going on that would restrict buying. Motive?? Still see a Cap raising or placement on the cards and the numbers are probably right for this to happen (for the recipient of the CR not us shareholders who suffer the dilution).
As for the PPS - has Woolmaton met their 30 November deadline for the call up of their 32.5M partly paids?? No announcement by YRR - also no update on the remaining 47.5M partly paids - legal proceedings underway - updates??
Appears they have things to announce - maybe some good news of cash flowing into the company and obligations met will help support the SP and whoever needs to get out exits a bit quicker and with less damage to the SP...
