Lockdowns to be implemented with short notice if required, focussed on specific areas but with broad scope and give adequate time for contact tracing.

Establishment of these would be overseen by truly expert managers to ensure security and staff management is of the highest standard of infection control. Appropriate PPE would be widely available......

oh dear pinto.... this is not exhaustive..... infection control is the highest priority and hotel quarantine would not exist except for very mild cases and only in facilities where the air treatment system created a mild negative pressure so that virus might not escape into the bloomin' hall ffs.

Politicians are a mixed bag of professions. they used to say them as can't do the job, teach. Those that can't teach go into politics. They are the most useless of the useless.
