I think you should read the announcement a bit more carefully. The previous JV with Matrix provided DYL with only the rights to the uranium for whatever ground they agreed on.
In the new agreement, DYL have purchased EPM 14916 and EPM 14281 outright and have rights to ALL minerals they find in the area including Copper (if they do find any there) and of course uranium.
