HTG is a very very understated company IMHO

I feel after watching recent presentations that approach is driven by our Chairman and his long and distinguished Military background - what is obvious when you hear him speak, which I have been lucky enough to experience now on 3 occasions, is that those military values (absolute integrity, say what you mean, commitment, modesty, clinical planning before clinical implementation and so on) are deeply embedded in him and by default now into the HTG corporate structure.

He outlined a 3 phase plan last year and despite Covid lockdowns HTG achieved everything they said they would in Phase 1 on time and to promise and are now rolling hard into phase 2 - I have been in very few companies where what I have been told would happen actually happened let alone with such clinical precision

Look at the Quality client list disclosed in the recent presentation - Dept of Defence, Fugro, Exxon, Inmarsat, Speedcast, Ocean Infinity, Cisco/Webex, Santos, Ocean Engineering and Chevron to name a few major known relationships - all for a company that is at the "start" of its major marketing rollout journey

Most companies engaged with these type of clients would be out roadshowing, trumpeting same and marketing - I mean really - what other small cap company is working on a potential global solution for Cisco and a possible new communications approach for defence/5 eyes - those 2 relationships alone are quite amazing

What is clear to me is that our Chairman's style (and thus HTG approach by default) is not roadshowing or trumpeting - rather his approach is total accountability, clinical planning, clinical implementation, get out and get the job done and let results speak for themselves - a completely military approach

I can't think of another company that I have been invested in where I feel as confident as I do in the quality/trustworthiness of its Chairman - I truly feel the future for HTG, based on what I have seen to date from our Chair and the executive team, is going to be very very exciting
