Ran a quantitative model against QBE today to map the risk present below price action for anyone, like me who is considering allocating into this name for a swing position in my portfolio.
Seems $9.35 is the line in the sand from a numbers perspective and this is solidified by the precision of the price hit in the $10-$10.25 area at the recent lows which corresponds exactly with two key support levels from a quantitative perspective. This suggests that the model is seeing what the numbers guys in some of the big funds are seeing which means there is a chance to trade with their flows if things go to plan.
Bullish from $9.35-$11.50 and will be scaling into that range on retests.
Target is $16.00 within 12 months.
