15 feb might be a bit early. last year the stock was 11.50 pre report and then we had a "positive outlook" with minimal surprises report, and it added $3 within a month to get to $14.4.
slight lessening of the drought the last week, with some decent rains, but looks like it will still weigh on claims this year.
