Talbot,this 4 or 5 funds that publicly (see the announcements break down) shorting and selling same day they buy..
They are like ...uhmmm better dont say but They go for sure who pays more and better...
At that stage... receive between 5 and 6 will be a "prize" to them.. after so many profits without change their percentage...
Easy isn't it ?
Also, remember the wave the minor shareholders do under such offers ( accepting really most of them) creates another 10 or 20% agree.. Meaning... they don't need all top 20... Just few to complete 51%
