yes . this is the changeover point from start up to entity now with more than just minimum viable product. comfortably they can now go to market and take deals with developers through HNCD . a very different story and on that fact alone , the SP is undervalued IMO. the CR pricing may very well reflect that fact as well meaning less shares for higher pricing ....
it's one thing to bring capital to a start up and another to a company with a viable commercialized product ..
all a good place to be at for all parties !!
