You are entitled to you opinion and back of the envelope calculations.

At this stage - as I have no idea what products GSK thinks could benefit - I also have no basis/comparison to draw any conclusions nor make back of the envelope calculations

I usually wait for official confirmation that something actually is a confirmed JV/license agreement and what shape and form it takes and take guidance from the companies involved

but that's just me..................
