My condolences to those who have been caught up in this absolute debacle.... I am from Melbourne, and a college of mine knows someone who put a lot of money into this and now stands to lose it.. As another poster said, with current cash and legal overhangs, this is dead in the water IMO...

As such, it would be good for those in charge of any clad action to quantify losses...

I for one would be interested to know the actual and unrealized losses of te PDY faithful??
