It doesn’t mean they will though and it’s 3 years away. For all we know AXE could have also have a chip in 3 years - nobody knows. I'd like to think they would have a working prototype by then.
I also think you need to be mindful that AXE are publicly listed and would be punished very harshly for making brazen multi-year predictions and then not living up to them, whereas QB can say what they like and only need answer to their private investors.
Different companies have different strategies regarding comms - some want to tell everyone the world how great they are going to be (but aren't yet) and some methodically report progress, choose not to blow there own horn and hold their cards close to their chest - it's pretty clear which one AXE is.
I’d be cautious making any investment decisions in AXE based on what QB might or might not do in 3 years time.
