Archer is now only building qubit control devices, it is not planning to build a quantum computer. It is is aiming to build some tools that can be useful when building quantum computers. One thing it is not clear to me: does it appy only to trapped ion technology ?
IonQ on the other hand wants to build quantum computer based on trapped ion technology
ColdQuanta wants to build components for quantum computing using cold neutral atom technology. "Company developing and designing components and systems for scientific and industrial quantum applications" So not sure if they actually aim to build quantum computer.
So out of these 3 only IonQ has a very clearly stated goal of building quantum computer.
