    Hi Boshea89,

Glad to see you are researching before jumpingin – shows you take your money seriously rather than taking a punt and hopingfor the best, I respect that!

As a brief background, I have been hereinvested in Archer for the better part of 9 years. My investment here isobviously a long term investment and my reasoning in the beginning was the HighQuality Graphite at Campoona and the use of this in Electric Storage and Vehicles.

A change in direction started late 2017 whenover a lunch meeting with Greg English, Mohammed Choucair accepted an offer to workfor Archer as CEO and as known back then as Archer Exploration then acquire hisventure Carbon Allotropes.

This started a change in strategic directionfor the company away from exploration and mining to the advanced materials strategynow employed at what is known today as Archer Materials. This was a huge riskbut ultimately is now paying off.

Mohammed needed a platform to bring the 12cqtechnology to fruition as the technical and lab work had been done over theprevious years and the research papers published in nature Communications.Hence we are here today and Archer Materials has provided the platform andfunding to bring this technology to commercialization.

Iknow the link will not work here and will be blocked. But if you go to the NatureCommunications website and type 12232 in the search bar, then scoll down to “Room temperature manipulation of longlifetime spins in metallic like carbon nanospheres” you will find the original release there.

From the ASX announcement 12 December 2018

“During hisprevious employment at the University, Archer CEO Dr Mohammad Choucair invented the first material known to overcome both the limitations of sub -zero operating temperatures and electronic deviceintegration for qubits. The conducting carbon material was able to process qubits at room temperature. This has the potential to reduce the commercial barriers to quantumcomputing and make it globally accessible. The patented deviceforms the subject of the Licenced IP.

Archerand the University of SydneyCommercial Development and IndustryPartnerships (CDIP) have executed anexclusive licence agreement thatallows Archer to develop and commercialise room-temperature quantum computing technology.

Thetechnology to be developed is a device (chip) capable of quantum information processing at room-temperature, and the materials that would form the critical componentry of the chip are available in the inventory of Archer’s wholly owned subsidiary CarbonAllotropes.

•Successfuldevelopment of the technology would represent a majorglobal breakthroughin the quantum computing industry, estimated to reach$US29 billion by 20211and linked to the $US500 billion2 semiconductor market, catalysed by technical advances thatallow for practicality, accessibility, and wide-spreadconsumeradoption3.

•Patents protecting the licenced intellectualproperty (IP) have been filed internationally tocover Europe, Australia,United States of America, Japan, Republicof Korea, and China.

Archerintends to commercialise the quantum technology oncedeveloped through licencingand direct sales channels.

When Mohammad came on board I did a lot ofresearch into his background, experience and achievements. I have met him, spent time with him and can honestly say no one has impressed me as much asMohammad in depth of conversation, intelligence, drive and basically just being a very down to earth and very approachable person. He is not a salesman but a Dr who I find doesn’t over exaggerate but knows what he has to do and how to get there and gives realistictimelines.

I have met Martin Fuechsle also and the same can be said for him. Both Mohammad and Martin have very impressive backgrounds and achievements and thus I felt confident enough to significantly increase my investment in AXE.

Boshea89, You mentioned competing against the Global powerhouses in the field – One of these is already onboard and allowing the Archer team access to their Quantum computers and software kits. They are both working together on advancing quantum computing and this also allows Archer greater access to others in the IBM Q network such as Max Kelsen as a recently announced partnership.

It is not always the case that the Globalpowerhouse comes up with all new technology due to greater funding. Manysmaller enterprises invent and develop technology only to be acquired by thelarger identities. Archer still has a way to go with 12cq, but as eachtechnical barrier is knocked down and the technology moves closer to commercializationyou can bet your bottom dollar things will heat up here! We don’t know the full details with IBM as some of the agreement was confidential but I imagine they are waiting to see the development get to a certain point before making their move possibly as this technology as you can imagine has significant implications for scaling up Quantum Computing.

From what I’ve researched on Dr Martin Feuchsle’s background and experience he is only one of very few people in the world with the experience and qualification to help make 12cq a reality and an excellent pick from Mohammad for this development. Dr Rebecca Soffe in the A1 Bio Sensor development is another example of a highly qualified expert in her field to join Archer.

Now none of this is intended asinvestment advice and I always believe in doing your own research and be confident in your own trades or investments and not just listen to others and follow. I like the fact you are not just jumping in but doing your own research and asking questions first – I can’t say enough for this Boshea89!

I wish you well in your research and DD on Archer Boshea89 and I would recommend spending some time on the ASX website and going through announcements there.

Announcements on ASX I would recommend reading for a quick brush up on.

16.12.2020 – Campoona Graphite Project fully permitted
09.12.2020 – Quantum Partnership with leading AI firm Max Kelsen
    05.11.2020 – Archer commences A1 Biochip Development
10.09.2020 – Lab on a chip Biotechnologist joins Archer
09.06.2020 – Company Presentation and Strategy overview (cash in bank has changed since)
05.05.2020 – Quantum computing agreement with IBM
17.012019 – Appointment of Martin Fuechsle
30.10.2017 – Strategic Acquisition of Carbon Allotropes

There are many more but hopefully these give a good insight into activities.

Archer now employs their own experts in the fields of Nano technology, Biotechnology and should have their own Quantum Algorithm programmer on board now.

Thanks for the call out 2105, we’ve been here for quite some time haven’t we and I find the quality of posters here reassuring and enjoyable and I myself pickup new information from you guys here so a big thanks from me. I do hold other stock that I find very promising, but Archer does stand out a mile for me in the speculative and disruptive area and as I can be time poor is the main one that I can be bothered posting on.

All the best with your research andDD Boshea89 and all others considering AXE.

    Cheers

    Tonza
