I wouldn't bet on that Chalks? I reckon they may have got that small quantity that Siliex got from the stage two of the ZSS plant somehow, it would seem logical to me that SQC would want to know how it worked before committing the $7.5 million for 5KG for 3 years to enable Silex to build the Pilot, to me it is logical that both SLX and SQC would want to know the outcome beforehand surely? it would be in both their own best interest and the Russian stuff would be from a Centrifuge anyway which is not as efficient as what a Laser plant would be, therefor the purity would not be as good, laser is highly selective in getting the desired isotope and leaving the rest behind is my understanding Centrifuge is only working on the mass and is not as selective compared to laser enrichment and would have more impurities in it.
I wouldn't bet on that Chalks? I reckon they may have got that...
