I thought this was interesting too because there seem to be nervous holders right now.
Late last year, the US market and our All Ords corrected heavily from August right through to the end of December. At the same time, MWR had a strong news driven rally with a period of strong growth in distribution partners JB and Spark. MWR not only shrugged off a very deep correction in world markets, it rallied strongly from $1.75 to overshoot at $5 and finish around $3.75 as markets bottomed and started to reverse. Then as markets rallied, MWR went sideways on lack of news. Now the strong growth resumes while markets are correcting again. Look at August this year below for the rally in MWR while markets have been correcting again. Looks a little like Déjà vu so far. I don't know that the pattern will repeat but I do think that the growth for MWR now in the UK will be much stronger than the growth that JB and Spark gave us. I have been adding to my position ever since the UK rollout began including the last few days. I'm now overweight again and I expect to get more overweight through this year to at least Christmas on an out performance in the sp in MWR. $5 looks like a bare minimum target now and $6 or higher should be very realistic.
