quantum has left the building

Qunatum originaly had 46.875m shares from the placement at $032 about a $15m investment. If you look at the two changes in substantials they had sold about $4.6m worth of RFE. With todays crossing today (Im guessing it was them) they have sold another $11m worth of stock. Which gets them just over their entry capital back in total.

I bet a deal was done whereby they were taken of their entry cost in return for an agreement not to sell the rest.
