PPK announce a number of "intellectual property licensing agreements"- including one with Panasonic.
A Post on Hot Copper (sorry cannot recall who posted, maybe T'Day) links Toyota to Li-S Battery and Deakin technology.

- Development, manufacture, and sales of next-generation automotive batteries other than those mentioned above (including batteries based on new principles)
- Ancillary and other operations related to the above
And as Gumleaf has pointed out PPK, LiS-Energy and Deakin are the only providers of a "solid state battery".
To state the obvious, I think SP is in for a re-rate. $10 would be discounted on the back of this information.
And when a contract is signed you could write your own number!
