    Investors need to ask them selves one question: Why would Ron Zapletal (Founder of AluChem) cough up $200,000 for 38,000,000 shares? To double his money? I think not.
    As i said the other day, this one JV is only the tip of the iceberg for LWP.
    Anyone who has followed the company for some time would understand that these placements of shares is old news.
