I think you are right, they have already for months studied what is the best approach to transfer the technology to the Sien fab.
No wonder we could read in the last presentation (17.11):
"NOW READY FOR TRANSFER TO A PRODUCTION FAB" (see page 11 at the very bottom, it's written in capital letters!).
At the same time this is an evidence for me that the physical transfer didn't start.
I might be wrong of course.
Anyways even if the worst case scenario occurs our bord has for sure a plan B since they are talking to multiple potential costumers.
It just would delay the market entrance of our Reram.
Right now I'm still hoping that we will be given a fantastic and tremendous agreement,
Maybe the last details have to be rewritten to our favour!
