There has been some discussion about a takeover. I myself hope it does not happen. The one thing with a takeover with this type of company is that the acquirer only takes over the technology up to the date of the takeover. They have no hold on the brains of members of our board or key senior team members.
All the technical detail will only apply up to the date of purchase. The board will be under no obligation to be acquired as a chattel with the company.
They do not have to share any thing that has been under discussion at board level. I do not believe they can be bought. Knowledge and no how experience cannot be bought.
