the report returned for ml4867 shows the registered sublease activity/dealing number for the (part) sublease which was crudely outlined on page 9 of this 2015 presentation (presumably including the smaller ml4919)

what does that all mean for the quarry/tungsten interactions ?

the sublease document would be where a few answers should be.

some questions of interest strike me.
subleases appear to be not beyond the term of the original lease. which may already well short of mine life.
the original leaseholder remains liable for all conditions: https://www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/state/leases/sublease/
does the demarcation from the page 9 slide suggest conditional issues may arise with the location of rock dumps outside of the sublease ?
is there no guarantee of any extension to the sublease beyond a maximum of 1 day prior to expiry of original lease ?
would the staged "pipeline" already extend beyond the sublease agreement because of clever "delays" ?
does the main leaseholder hold the upper hand in negotiation and resolution of disputes ?
