When Mr. Morgan "distanced himself" from what was CNQ's publicly stated production target, the company did not issue a press release. They cut revenue expectations to a fraction of what it was before and didn't bother announcing it. If that's not material information, what is?
When CNQ decided to cease production from tailings altogether they did so without issuing a press release, too. So in their view cutting revenues from sales to zero was not material. Since production was underperforming massively and deliveries amounted to no more than one container in the last quarter, one could possibly deem sales insignificant, LOL.
