    What kind of projects does no-money buy? How many other companies have started to explore for these metals years ago and how much money does it take to get into production? How reasonable is it to assume all other companies who were exploring there in the past just got it all wrong? Isn't it CNQ who has it wrong all the time? Why don't they sort out the sublease issues instead?
