It's difficult to leverage into a company with inconsistent production numbers. Everyone else has had a cracker of a half this year without rain. So the shares have stagnated. Even without rain, BCB has struggled to get the numbers because of what they're currently mining. The company is a marginal producer with marginal deposits and until the coal price moons again, it'll struggle under debt. The northern Bowen Basin operations appear to be coming together, and all they'll need is a good met price to reduce the debt. Good met prices... yup, later next year it'll look good... which is the problem for the share price... why bank here on a gamble of next year when there's other mines printing today who are undervalued and smashing out 10%+ divvies.
