id say you are suffering from very selective use of information---here we have been inundated with doom and gloom regarding qld property and we have an upcoming jobs shortage(if you read the link) and from a page you posted!
with the aus $ at record highs what do you think will happen in our most industrialized states?
just one other thing (i cant provide a link) but i understand the long term value of the aus$ lies between .75 and .85 so how will our manufacturing states be faring then ? especially if the chinese dollar appreciates.
and to give you some idea have a look at commercial property valuations on the west coast of the us.
