NS, you've got admirable but questionable confidence that Tz or Georgetown will be up and running and heading for production any time soon, if at all. Tz is the most advanced and all we are seeing out of that is drill results, not resources. These kind of projects are called, at best, advanced exploration projects. On a purely objective basis of how often these kind of projects turn into producers, they are far more likely to fail than they are to succeed. At least WMT know that, hence the shot at Parys Mountain. I think you need to understand it too.
Don't get me wrong, I hope like hell that any of Tz or Snowbird or Georgetown turn into a producer because then we will all make a magnificent return. But a solid acquisition is a far likelier road to success and could still get us a lot of our money back.
