costs broker reckons they have added the $2.5m to the production cost. its closer to $400 oz normally when they produce 23,000 oz, so it does look like they added it onto the cost per oz.
the production cost drops with increased production and less of these one offs in plant improvement. i am staying, check it out or read the report closely to confirm what we are seeing. just the replacement of the power plant will add another $500,000 pa in savings, thats straight to the bottom line and the plant has extra capacity for the next ramp up.
