I seem to believe from what I have read that that is correct unless their is a binding agreement in place that provides for P&G to determine when these Anns must be made ..,..But OI ain't no lawyer and I know if anyone can get around the hoops and loops P&G's lawyers can and it appears and I only said appears that they have done exactly that if those pics and videos I have supplied about our wand being used on RNA products ....as we have not been given an announcement regarding this....so maybe P&G can influence when an announcement can be made ....just speculating I am not in any wau conclusive just speculating ....DYOR
