Amigos, in my opinion the boards of both companies need to be spilled as soon as the decision by the expert has been made. Major shareholders need to step up and give BPL and COB a fresh start with a cooperative approach to the JV. In terms of the timing of the resolution to the dispute, BPL has reported: "These disputesare progressing through the dispute resolution process andremain unresolved." Meanwhile, COB has been a bit more forthcoming in it's quarterly (at the top of page 6): "COB now expects that case submissionsto the Expert will be concluded during May, with a determination likely in June." So a spill should be called in the boardrooms at the start of next quarter.
