Just one after another kick in the guts for Lakes if even half this stuff is true. 11 months ?? to respond to Lakes then refuse the request. Even the Tax office is going after them; but maybe cut them a little slack but in the scheme of things, this wont effect the big picture just more costs and paperwork but no real gain.
The Appeal decision has to come soon and i PREY (i never do! ) , that middle of next year, they dont /CANT reimplement the ban or a watered down version of it.
This is the way hateful jealous people treat the oldest exploration company of vic? The worst thing is, we wont get full justice really till they are removed as NO WAY the appeal will be hard on this govt, maybe some comp and technical stuff that will help but NOT access VIC yet.
We will have to fight all the way now and in world storm winds ahead, groundspeed may be minimal. At least we are in the 11th hour of this nightmare so all you can do is smile
