as expected cash balance at the end of this raise will be circa ~18m, with at least a 4m r&d refund so that gives ath approx 22m cash runway for 2024. with positive data and options exercised, that should give us (hopefully) enough cash to develop and implement the next step forward after p2 top line data available.

if it wasnt for the opportunity potential on the addressable market combined with recent indication of positive efficacy for ath434, i would say the risk is too much.

in any case i was able to tap and fund 2 shareholders for indirect participation of their shares so thats two parcels of 15k each subscribed for under the spp for 2 shareholders alone. i would expect the shortfall to be at a minimum or nill. seems a bit silly to me not to have participated if there is further interest in those shares.
