re: christmas in july!!! - quarterly report in Stop the dribble about the dredging delays, management couldn't possibly have done anything about that.
Management is fully responsible for the finanancing stuff-up 6 months ago, but because of that I got my stack of 9 cent shares (as did any others who had faith).
