R, I beleive NKP needs a Q&A like RRS to be accountable to timelines. Not just this 2-4 weeks emails stuff, but moreso what what indicated in the previous announcements.

At least to say, what is the hold up.
Of course, some details may be always hidden under the cloak of commercial sensativity.

But, for instance, if it is simply the ratification of the mining right, delayed in goverment, just say so. And elaborate on why the delay. Is their issues inside of the rubber stamping of it, that we ought to be aware of???

(errrrh, remember the con court case, now that was something the market would love to have been made aware of.)
